Whether it’s a walk in the woods, wood product manufacturing, mitigation banking or fly fishing in New Zealand, the Westervelt Experience is about quality. We focus all of our efforts on providing the highest quality products and service to our customers, without ever compromising our commitment to protecting and preserving our natural resources.
Founded by Herbert Westervelt in 1884, we have seen much in our history – the Great Depression, two World Wars, two turns of the century and our own historical events that have shaped the Westervelt Experience.
From our past producing grocery bags, paper and paperboard packing to our future as we continue to seek innovative ways of managing our resources, The Westervelt Company has continually adapted.
At The Westervelt Company, we are stewards of the land. We believe in sustainable management, conservation and protection of our natural resources. We are committed to our core values of ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees, providing the highest quality products and services for our customers, developing long-lasting, inclusive relationships in the diverse communities where we live and work, and advancing a culture where everyone is valued and respected.
Mildred Westervelt Warner
Mildred was one of those rare individuals whom a person is fortunate to know perhaps only once in a lifetime. All who knew her agreed there was no one else in the world like her.
The Westervelt Company is led by a team of executives with diverse backgrounds, each of them bringing a unique perspective to the management of existing businesses and to the long-term vision of the organization.
