Office Services Assistant

POSITION: Office Services Assistant                                       

DIVISION: Human Resources                                                  

LOCATION: Tuscaloosa, AL


This position provides administrative support for Office Services.  Completes tasks to process internal and external mail, order and distribute office and operating supplies, process daily deposit, maintain and reconcile petty cash reserve fund, review and code vendor invoices, backup receptionist duties, process and record Basil Ede print sales, and plan and coordinate various associate events.


  1. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; 2 year college degree preferred.
  2. Requires a minimum of five years of clerical experience.
  3. Work experience that demonstrates good organizational and time management skills.
  4. Above average computer skills with proficient application of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
  5. Good customer service skills and willing to work a flexible schedule.
